BERWYN, Pa., Nov. 3, 2026 — Envestnet, the Adaptive WealthTech company, today announced the appointment of Jane Graham as Senior Vice President, Client Experience. The newly created position will elevate the client experience across Envestnet's platforms as part of its $1 billion five-year investment plan in its platforms to deliver "return on day" to advisors. She will join the Executive Committee.

Jane Graham, Senior Vice President, Client Experience, Envestnet

Graham brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling service, client success, and retention organizations for high-growth technology businesses. She has also led go-to-market transformations, enterprise technology implementations, and large-scale client experience transformations. She will develop and execute a strategy that strengthens client engagement, makes it easier for advisors to get full value from Envestnet's platforms, improves client satisfaction and adoption, and supports their long-term growth. The goal: one accountable team for advisors across Tamarac, MoneyGuide, and Envestnet's enterprise platform, with faster resolution, smoother onboarding, and fewer handoffs. As Envestnet delivers new innovations faster than ever, her team will make it easy for clients to adopt them and realize value from those new capabilities.

Graham's appointment comes as Envestnet focuses on its strategy to simplify the wealth management experience through an end-to-end platform that helps advisors make smarter decisions, operate more efficiently, and deliver increasingly personalized advice across every stage of a client's financial journey.

"Jane joins Envestnet at a pivotal time in our evolution as we continue to modernize our platforms, invest in AI, and integrate our recent acquisition of Vestmark," said Chris Todd, Chief Executive Officer of Envestnet. "Delivering an exceptional client experience is essential to helping advisors succeed on our platforms and grow their businesses. Jane's track record of building organizations that strengthen client relationships and drive adoption and retention will ensure advisors realize lasting value from our investments across the Envestnet ecosystem."

"Jane's deep expertise in client success, renewals, enablement, and large-scale transformation initiatives will further elevate the client experience and support our continued growth," said Katie Evans, Chief Operations Officer of Envestnet. "Our clients expect a seamless experience across product, teams and touchpoints. Under Jane's leadership, we will deliver a unified client journey from onboarding and service delivery to renewal and growth."

"I'm excited to join Envestnet at a time when Envestnet is delivering more value than ever before and, at the same time, advisors are looking for a frictionless and connected experience. My focus is on making it easier for advisors to get the most from Tamarac, MoneyGuide, and Envestnet's enterprise platforms, with one team accountable for their success from onboarding through renewal," said Graham.

To deliver a more connected experience for advisors, Envestnet will bring key client-facing teams together under a single strategy and operating model led by Graham. This includes:

  • Tamarac and UMP implementation and onboarding

  • Tamarac, MoneyGuide, and UMP support and service

  • Midmarket and SMB contract renewals across platforms

Before joining Envestnet, Graham spent nine years at UKG in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as group vice president of specialty sales. As group vice president of relationship management, she led a global organization of more than 500 employees spanning executive relationship management, renewals, customer success and customer learning. That team supported more than 20,000 customers and over $4 billion in recurring revenue, and partnered with sales leadership to deepen client relationships and drive disciplined renewal execution. Earlier at UKG, she led global customer success and renewals teams supporting more than 15,000 customers in more than 100 countries, delivering industry-leading retention results.

Earlier in her career, Graham held leadership positions at Blackbaud, where she held sales and marketing roles and built and scaled customer retention organizations supporting tens of thousands of customers and hundreds of millions of dollars in recurring revenue.
