Strategic partnership combines Bluefin's payment security expertise with ZeroRisk's compliance management platform to simplify merchant requirements and improve compliance visibility
DUBLIN, Nov. 5, 2026 — ZeroRisk, a provider of merchant risk intelligence and compliance technology, today announced a strategic partnership with Bluefin, a global leader in data security infrastructure. Through the partnership, Bluefin will leverage ZeroRisk's integrated compliance platform to help merchants navigate PCI requirements more easily while enhancing the overall merchant experience.
The collaboration is designed to help merchants better understand their compliance obligations, identify the steps needed to complete them, and access guidance throughout the process. For Bluefin, the platform will provide greater visibility into merchant compliance status and outstanding requirements, enabling Bluefin's team to prioritize follow-up and deliver more targeted assistance.
Bluefin provides data security infrastructure that protects sensitive data in motion across payment and digital transaction ecosystems. Through PCI-validated point-to-point encryption (P2PE), vaultless tokenization, and advanced orchestration capabilities, Bluefin helps organizations protect sensitive payment information, reduce PCI scope, and simplify compliance across complex transaction environments.
The partnership with ZeroRisk builds on Bluefin's ongoing investment in merchant services, complementing its payment security capabilities with a more accessible and efficient approach to PCI compliance management.
"Many of our merchants have found PCI compliance difficult to navigate, and we take that seriously," said Brennan Peterson, SVP of Operations at Bluefin. "Through our partnership with ZeroRisk, we can offer a more customized PCI journey that simplifies the process, provides clearer guidance, and gives our team greater visibility to better support merchants in meeting their compliance requirements."
ZeroRisk's Merchant Risk Intelligence platform brings together PCI compliance management, risk monitoring, reporting, and educational resources in a unified environment. Designed for acquiring banks and merchant service providers, the platform helps organizations manage merchant compliance and risk more efficiently across their portfolios.
"We are excited to start working with Bluefin to deliver a more seamless and effective compliance experience for its merchant customers," said Gary Nolan, CEO and Co-Founder of ZeroRisk. "By bringing together Bluefin's expertise in payment security and ZeroRisk's integrated compliance capabilities, we can help merchants simplify PCI compliance, improve visibility, and access the tools and guidance they need to manage their compliance responsibilities more effectively."
